The Franklin Chef FIM90 Automatic Ice Maker is the next step up from the FIM70. The FIM90 produces up to 85 pounds of ice per day, and can store 35 pounds at a time. This compact ice machine is self-contained, meaning you don't have to buy a separate storage bin, and makes crystal-clear gourmet ice cubes.
The FIM90 is housed in a stainless steel body that's as durable as it is attractive, and it can be used as a built in (under the counter) or free-standing unit. Although installation is more user-friendly by only requiring a standard household power outlet, Franklin Chef still recommends professional installation due to required water and drain lines. The FIM90 even has casters for easy mobility and installation. All parts can be accessed from the front, so it's simple to clean and maintain, and it's NSF Certified for commercial use.
