The BH1100SS comes without a galvanized back and bottom (meaning a full, stainless steel construction) and a roto-molded pouch door that is dent and scratch resistant. This pouch door provides an excellent thermal break and won't sweat, and it can be installed without tools in less than 5 minutes! Having this pouch door initially uninstalled saves you space by making it easier to get the BH1100SS through narrow doorways.
The BH1100SS is, of course, NSF-Approved for commercial use, and it comes with adjustable bin top filler panels so that you can adjust it to be compatible with many of Scotsman's ice maker models. Included are 6 inch, adjustable legs so you can make sure the BH1100SS is perfectly level at all times.
