Auto-Alert indicator lights communicate constantly with you and your staff about the operating status of the ice machine, and actually signals you when it's time to descale, sanitize, and more--making for foolproof maintenance. WaterSense adaptive purge control makes for maximum reliability by reducing scale buildup, which means longer times between cleaning sessions.
The C0322SW Has an water-cooled condenser and can make 300 pounds of small-sized, cube-shaped ice every day. The Prodigy Series uses significantly less energy and water than other ice machines, and exceeds pending California and Federal energy efficiency regulations.
As with all Scotsman ice machines, the C0322SW was made with high quality stainless steel, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It even comes with an optional SmartBoard that provides NAFEM data protocol and more advanced data that can be displayed on-screen, resulting in a faster diagnosis for operating issues. A Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice level control sensor allows you to program ice levels for up to 7 days, so you're making the exact amount you need, saving you energy costs and saving water!
